For Me, Being a Realtor isn't just "showing people houses."  I don't get paid to show people houses, I get paid to write the contract, negotiate the deal from start to finish, make sure inspections and meetings are scheduled as planned, work with the abstract, title, and closing companies to ensure a timely close, etc...  To be a great Realtor, you have to be detailed oriented, incredibly organized, have sharp negotiating skills, return phone calls immediately, do what you say you're going to do, be brutally honest and be able to get the job done as competently and timely as possible.
